Covid-19 | Our Focus on everyone’s safety

Access to the hotel

For us, the safety of our guests and the people who work with us has always been very important. We have therefore implemented, in this moment of emergency, extra sanitization, disinfection and prevention measures.

Before entering the hotel, a thermoscanner is positioned to detect the temperature, so that anyone who accesses our facility will be tested.

No one, with temperatures above 37.5°C will be allowed to access, even temporarily, in the hotel premises, to protect everyone’s safety.

The front desk has been equipped with plexiglass barriers, and adhesive markers have been positioned on the floor so that the safety distance between guests is always maintained.

Sanitizing gels are available at the entrance, in the hall and near the lift. By request, masks and gloves are available for a small fee.

Express check-in

We have developed procedures that allow us to streamline check-in procedures and make check-out immediate. However, we need your collaboration during the booking phase as per the attached PDF. This way, the time spent at the front desk will be faster.

Breakfast

The breakfast buffet will no longer be available, also due to the new rules promulgated, but we have adopted safer solutions!

Our guests can choose between room service, for a breakfast in the tranquility and relaxation of their room or for a breakfast served at the table in the breakfast room.

The breakfast room has been remodeled to ensure compliance with safety distances. Given the more limited seats, booking hours are required.

The breakfast menu is delivered at check-in and preferences should be communicated the previous evening.

Staff training

Even before the Covid-19 emergency, the cleaning of the rooms and common areas of our facility was entrusted to staff with years of experience.

It has now been re-trained following the indications “National Safe Reception Protocol”, which can be consulted in the annexes, in order to guarantee compliance with and supervision of the anti-contagion rules.

Sanitization of the hall and common areas

In addition to the normal cleaning procedures, with sanitary products, a sanitization protocol has been introduced. Surfaces, such as lift buttons, handles, handrails etc. are sanitized several times a day with alcohol-based products (more than 70% of alcohol).

Special cleaning of rooms

In addition to the normal cleaning procedures, with sanitary products, a sanitization protocol has been introduced. The staff on the floors is equipped with masks and gloves. Disposable cloths are used for each room.

Sanitizing rooms

All the checking-in rooms are sanitized with OZONE. All surfaces are sanitized with alcohol-based products (more than 70% of alcohol) also with regard to the air conditioner grids, and the floors are treated with 2% chlorine as it is prescribed by international guidelines.
